We do not provide physical renovations, general contracting, architectural engineering, or in-person design services. Our deliverables are intended as visual guides and conceptual directions rather than technical construction documents.

### 2. RESONATE 33 AI Concept Engine
RESONATE 33 is an AI-driven application designed to transform project briefs into design directions.

* **Usage:** The application provides conceptual imagery and design directions based on user inputs. Outputs are generated for inspirational and conceptual purposes.

* **Fees:** Access to the unlimited features within RESONATE 33, including image generation and PDF files (99.00 USD Monthly Subscription), requires payment. All tax terms are governed by the respective platform (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store) through which the application was accessed or downloaded.

* **Content Generation:** While we strive for high visual fidelity and 1:1 visual consistency in our models, AI-generated concepts may require human review for real-world applicability.

### 3. User Accounts and Communications
To access specific services, including the RESONATE 33 app or community spaces like "The Talk" public chat, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in unauthorized behavior.

### 4. Payments, Refunds, and Pricing
* **Consultations & Services:** Payment for virtual interior design consultations, virtual staging, and color palette creation must be made in full as outlined in the specific project invoice or checkout portal prior to the commencement of work.

* **Refund Policy:** Due to the digital and custom nature of our virtual services, post-processing edits, and AI-generated concepts, all sales are generally final. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in the event of an undelivered service.

### 5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, bold minimalist typography, black-and-white brand aesthetics, and digital downloads, is the property of ROOM 33 INTERIOR DESIGN STUDIO LLC.

Deliverables provided to clients (such as color palettes, staging photos, and design directions) are licensed to the client for their intended personal or commercial real estate use. ROOM 33 STUDIO retains the right to use sanitized, anonymized versions of high-fidelity generated images and promotional videos in our professional portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
